Site Supervisor (Civil)

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee fit-out, renovation, MEP, and tiling projects across multiple sites in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in site supervision, strong leadership and coordination skills, and a valid UAE driving license to efficiently manage multiple project locations.

Salary Range: AED 3000 – AED 3,500 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all on-site activities related to MEP installations, interior fit-out, tiling, and renovation works.
• Ensure that work progress aligns with project schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth site operations.
• Inspect ongoing works to confirm compliance with technical specifications, drawings, and client expectations.
• Resolve on-site challenges and maintain workforce discipline and productivity.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Implement and monitor site safety protocols; report any incidents or delays promptly.
• Manage procurement requests, monitor material usage, and control stock levels.
• Attend client and site meetings and maintain professional communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in site supervision within Tiling (construction), fit-out, renovation, and MEP projects.
• Strong understanding of Tiling (construction), MEP systems, interior finishing, and renovation practices.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors, technicians, and labor teams effectively.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Valid UAE Mannual driving license is mandatory.
