RCA Resident Care Assistant

Duties:
- Provide direct support and care to residents in a residential care facility
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Lift and transfer residents using proper body mechanics and assistive devices
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote a safe and supportive environment
- serve meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized living space for residents

Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with residents, their families, and other staff members
- Knowledge of systems and procedures related to resident care in a residential setting
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to provide comprehensive care
- Experience or education in Alzheimer's and Dementia.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
