RCM Manager

We are looking for an experienced RCM Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process. The candidate will be responsible for handling client meetings, managing the end-to-end RCM workflow, and ensuring efficient billing, collections, and revenue optimization.

The RCM Manager will act as the main point of contact for clients, monitor key performance indicators, resolve issues related to claims and denials, and lead RCM teams to achieve operational and financial goals. This role requires strong knowledge of US healthcare RCM processes, excellent communication skills, and hands-on management experience.

Key responsibilities include managing eligibility verification, charge entry, coding coordination, claims submission, payment posting, denial management, AR follow-ups, reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will continuously identify process improvements, ensure payer compliance, and deliver accurate performance reports to clients and management.

This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with proven experience in Revenue Cycle Management, strong leadership abilities, and the capability to manage client relationships effectively.
