Job Title : RCM Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to identify, contact, and onboard new healthcare providers (clinics, group practices, solo physicians) for our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, healthcare knowledge, and the ability to build lasting relationships with doctors and practice managers.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect and reach out to physicians, clinics, and medical practices via calls, emails, LinkedIn

Present company RCM solutions and demonstrate how our services improve revenue and efficiency.

Conduct discovery calls to understand the client’s billing workflow and pain points.

Coordinate with the internal team to prepare customized proposals and pricing.

Schedule and participate in Zoom presentations or demos with potential clients.

Follow up consistently to close deals and complete the onboarding process.

Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and deals in CRM software.

Collaborate with credentialing, billing, and operations teams for smooth client handover.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in RCM, healthcare sales, or B2B business development (fresh graduates with strong communication skills can be considered).

Excellent English communication (verbal & written).

Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Knowledge of U.S. healthcare and medical billing processes (preferred).

Proficiency in CRM tools, email communication, and Zoom/Google Meet.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Number of new providers contacted weekly.

Qualified leads generated.

Doctors successfully onboarded.

Revenue generated from new accounts.

Salary Package: 150k to 200k (Depends on your interview and last month salary slip) and commission on every matured leads as well.

Working days: Monday to Friday

Office timing: 6pm to 3am

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
