Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented RCM Payment Posting Specialist to join our Revenue Cycle Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately posting insurance and patient payments, reconciling accounts, and ensuring proper allocation of payments and adjustments to maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Post insurance payments, patient payments, and electronic remittance advice (ERA/EOB) accurately and timely
• Review and apply contractual adjustments, write-offs, and denials as per payer guidelines
• Reconcile posted payments with bank deposits and daily payment reports
• Identify and report underpayments, overpayments, and posting discrepancies
• Work closely with AR and billing teams to resolve payment-related issues
• Ensure compliance with payer contracts, HIPAA, and internal policies
• Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails within the practice management system
• Meet productivity and accuracy benchmarks consistently

Required Qualifications

• Intermediate or equivalent
• 1–3 years of experience in medical billing, payment posting, or RCM
• Strong understanding of EOBs, ERAs, CPTs, and payer remittance processes
• Experience with practice management and billing software
• Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy

Preferred Skills & Competencies

• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer guidelines
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
• Ability to manage high-volume workloads and meet deadlines
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
