R&D Chef

We are seeking a creative and experienced Research & Development Chef to lead innovation in our multi-brand food & beverage operations. The ideal candidate will bring passion for culinary trends and the ability to develop new recipes that align with market demands.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in developing new recipes and scaling them for commercial production.
• Ability to create and test recipes with attention to cost, quality, and scalability.
• Ability to conduct market research and adapt recipes to customer preferences.
• Hands-on expertise with cloud kitchens, central kitchens, or multi-brand operations.
• Must hold a transferable Visa 18 and be available locally in Kuwait
