R&D Executive/ R&D Scientist-Cosmetics

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and optimize cosmetic formulations (Skincare, Haircare, Personal Care, Colour Cosmetics)

-Conduct lab trials, stability studies, and compatibility testing.

- Improve existing products for performance, cost, and shelf life

- Evaluate new raw materials, actives, and fragrances.

-*Ensure compliance with cosmetic regulations (BIS, CDSCO, GMP, ISO) .*

-Prepare and maintain formulation records, SOPs, and technical documentation .

- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Marketing teams for product launch .

-Support scale-up trials and resolve manufacturing issues.

- Stay updated with market trends and new cosmetic ingredients

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
