Job Title: R&D Officer – Food Industry

Office: Dreamworld Resort, Hotel and Golf Course

Location: Gulshan-e-Maymar, Sector R, Karachi

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing activities of the R&D department.
• Conduct market and consumer research to identify emerging trends and customer requirements.
• Support the development of new products from concept stage to commercialization.
• Improve and optimize existing products through research, trials, and testing.
• Must have hands-on experience in jams, ketchups, pickles, condiments, confectionery products, and pulping processes.
• Strong expertise in condiments development will be preferred.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure smooth product trials and launches.
• Monitor industry trends and innovations to support product improvement.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards during product development.

Education:

• Master’s degree in Food Sciences.

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Practical experience in condiments, jams, pickles, ketchup, confectionery, and pulping operations is required.
