R&D Technician

We are looking for a skilled and motivated R&D Technician to join our team at a leading food manufacturing factory in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing new bakery & food products.
• Support product testing, trials, and quality checks.
• Document formulations, procedures, and results accurately.
• Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, and R&D teams during product launches.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.
• Previous experience in food manufacturing or R&D is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical procedures.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Computer skills.

Salary: Will be determined based on experience and interview evaluation.

Location: Qatar- Al Rayyan - New Industrial Area
