REAL ESTATE ACCOUNTANT

We are Looking for a Prestigious Real Estate A Qualified Accountant with Experience in Leasing, Accounting in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling daily financial transactions, ensuring smooth cheque processing, and managing utility and document follow-ups.

The Candidate should be in UAE and ready to join Immediately.

Should be Familiar with all the Real Estate Work and The Package will be discussed during the Final Interview with Chairman.

• Manage and process Bank Transfers.
• Handle Cash Flow , cheque collections and ensure timely deposits.
• Oversee cheque deposit processes and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with developers for document completion and tracking.

Requirements

• UAE Experience is a MUST with minimum 5 Years.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Holding UAE Driving Licence is a must.
• Excellent in Communication and Accounts Software.
• Knowledge of UAE banking processes and all Government Related payment systems.
