Escrow Accountant

You have the opportunity to become an official representative of our company in the Real Estate market in Dubai and having access to unique products you will be able to easily create high financial success.

Due to fast growth and launching new projects, we are looking for an Accountant - Escrow operations to join our team.

What he will be doing:

  • Keep track of all collection due dates and amount collected as per the agreed payment plan.
  • Keep track of all defaults and ensure that notices are issued as per the RERA laws by CRM.
  • Ensure that all invoices are raised as per due date schedule and evidence is maintained that such invoices are sent to customers within due date.
  • Coordinate with Escrow banks and consultant for releasing payments for project purpose.
  • Ensure that all DLD payments due to registration of units, change in units master, or resale of units after repossession are paid within the stipulated time.
  • Process all brokerage payments as per the agreed commission rate and applicable conditions and while processing payment, ensuring that all applicable RERA laws are adhered to.
  • Calculate cost of repossessed unit and recognized profit or loss for terminated contracts.
  • Ensure that project development cash flows are prepared and kept updated on a weekly basis so that any shortfall can be anticipated.
  • Provide project MIS reports covering overall project status, collection, expected collection, actual outflows, expected outflows, red flags raised, expected completion date, delay in projects completion, penalty payable due to delay in project completion etc.
  • Ensure availability of all documentation for RERA audits.
  • Coordinate with DLD for any operational issues.

What we are expecting from you:

  • Min. 1 year of relevant experience in UAE;
  • Well known with DLD, RERA requirements;
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
