Real Estate Accountant Manager

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Accountant Manager to manage financial operations and reporting for our real estate portfolio.

Location: United Arab Emirates - Joining: Immediate

Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory 5–10 years of accounting experience (real estate preferred)
• Strong financial reporting & compliance knowledge
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting & financial analysis
• Advanced Excel & accounting software skills
• Leadership & team management experience
• Responsibilities:
• Manage accounting operations for real estate projects
• Prepare financial statements & management reports
• Monitor budgets, cash flow & financial performance
• Ensure compliance with audits & financial regulations
• Supervise accounting team & improve financial processes • Coordinate with auditors & senior management
