We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Acquisitions Closer with at least 1-2 years of cold-calling experience, specifically in outbound sales or customer service. A background in real estate is required, and we strongly prefer candidates with experience in Surplus Funds or Unclaimed Funds.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, personable, and able to build rapport quickly. Strong communication skills and excellent customer service are essential. We are looking for someone who is ambitious, driven, and results-oriented while maintaining a humble and approachable demeanor.

The ability to engage in meaningful conversations without being overly pushy is key, as is a talent for connecting with leads and managing medium to high-volume calls (30-75+ per day).

Key skills we are looking for is an individual who can read and understand obituaries and understand family trees in order to reach the correct point of contact.

This position involves a minimum of 30-50 conversations per day, so we are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Applicants must demonstrate proven success in meeting metrics and maintaining professionalism in client interactions. A self-motivated, focused, critical thinker and goal-driven personality is essential for this role.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must work Monday-Friday for a minimum of 6 hours/day
• Must own a Noise Cancelling Headset and Computer/Laptop
• Must have a reliable High Speed Internet connection

COMPENSATION

• Pay starts at $5/hr (USD) plus an additional $250 commission for each successfully closed transaction.
• The minimum expected monthly closed transaction volume per closer is between 2-4 deals/month.

Pay: E£189.00 - E£473.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
