REAL ESTATE ADMIN

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Administrative Assistant to support our real estate office with day-to-day administrative tasks. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth operations, supporting agents, maintaining compliance, and enhancing client service.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Manage and organize real estate documents, contracts, and client files
  • Prepare listing agreements, buyer representation agreements, and other real estate documents
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and property showings
  • Maintain office supplies, records, and CRM systems

Client & Agent Communication:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries (phone, email, in-person)
  • Support real estate agents with transaction coordination and communication
  • Follow up with clients and vendors as needed

Listing & Marketing Assistance:

  • Input property listings into portals and company websites
  • Coordinate photography, signage, and property brochures
  • Manage social media posts and marketing campaigns for listings and company branding

Transaction Coordination:

  • Track and manage deadlines for buyer and seller transactions
  • Ensure all paperwork is accurate, complete, and submitted on time
  • Liaise with title companies, lenders, and clients to ensure smooth closings

Compliance & Reporting:

  • Ensure all files comply with legal, regulatory, and brokerage requirements
  • Maintain accurate data for reporting, including closings, leads, and marketing ROI

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in real estate or administrative support preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Follow Up Boss)
  • Knowledge of real estate software (e.g., MLS, Dotloop, DocuSign, ZipForms) is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
