We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented, and proactive Real Estate Administration Officer to support the daily operations of our real estate and facilities management division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative, accounting, and coordination tasks related to property leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of all sites and assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update property lease agreements, tenancy records, and payment schedules.
  • Prepare and process renewal notices, rent invoices, and service charge summaries.
  • Coordinate with tenants, landlords, and facility management teams regarding maintenance and operational matters.
  • Track and report on lease expiries, renewals, and pending documentation.
  • Maintain a proper filing system for contracts, NOCs, and government documentation (e.g., Tawtheeq, ADDC, ADM).
  • Assist with supplier coordination, quotations, purchase requests, and payment follow-ups.
  • Handle petty cash, expense tracking, and assist the accountant with monthly reconciliations.
  • Prepare reports on property occupancy, income, and expenses for management review.
  • Liaise with PROs for government submissions, renewals, and permits.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in real estate or facilities management administration.
  • Strong knowledge of lease documentation and property management processes.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of accounting software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Smart, organized, and able to multitask under pressure.
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 per month
