Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office and assist our agents with listings, documentation, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and organize property listings, contracts, and client files.

Coordinate appointments, property viewings, and meetings.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries.

Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.

Liaise with clients, agents, and vendors professionally.

Ensure timely submission of real estate documentation and forms.

Maintain digital and physical filing systems.

Support marketing activities (e.g., brochures, online listings, social media posts).
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate as an agent/admin or related field.

Strong administrative skills.

Valid UAE Driver’s License.
