Real Estate Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Real Estate Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our sales, operations, managing documentation, and preparing sales documentations with precision and professionalism. Experience working with real estate developers and handling off-plan / primary / secondary market transactions would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and finalize Sales Documentations.
  • Provide administrative support to the real estate team, including scheduling, filing, and correspondence
  • Maintain and organize property records, client files, and legal documentation
  • Liaise with clients, brokers and legal representatives to ensure smooth transaction processes
  • Translate documents and communications between Arabic and English as needed
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and marketing materials
  • Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and company policies

An ideal candidate should be

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Proven experience in real estate administration, preferably with a developer
  • Understanding of Real Estate and property transaction processes
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Experience in handling CRM system (Bitrix and other)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
  • Familiarity with Dubai Land Department procedures and documentation
  • Previous experience working with real estate developers or on off-plan projects
