The Ideal Candidate
This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Real Estate Department.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Prepare Real Estate packages for Real Estate Committee meetings
- Monitor construction criteria in Lucernex
- Fully cross-train in Real Estate Administration duties
- Assist with running proformas, when needed
- Assist with site creation in Lucernex, when needed
- Work with Real Estate Services and Compliance Supervisor with daily Real Estate process and functionality
- General office duties - filing, processing mail, taking calls, correspondence, etc.
- Assist Vice President of Real Estate and Real Estate Managers as needed
- Track all deal specific information for reporting purposes in/out of Lucernex
- Coordinate booking of travel and expense reports as needed
- Assist Real Estate Services and Compliance Supervisor and Real Estate Administrative Assistant with other projects and tasks, respectively
Experience and Skills You'll Need to Have- High school diploma required
- Associates Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Comfortable with technology with a desire to expand this knowledge/skill
- Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be able to work efficiently and be self-motivated
