Real Estate Administrator

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Administrator to support our property management and sales operations in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate administration, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience with property documentation and coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks for real estate and property management operations.
  • Prepare and process tenancy contracts, Ejari, Tawtheeq, and related government documents.
  • Maintain property listings, tenancy records, and lease renewals.
  • Coordinate with agents, landlords, tenants, and government departments (Municipality, DCD, etc.).
  • Assist with marketing property listings across online platforms.
  • Handle inquiries, schedule property viewings, and maintain follow-ups.
  • Manage payments, receipts, and related documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local real estate regulations.
  • Provide general administrative support to the real estate and operations team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a real estate administrative role (Abu Dhabi experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Tawtheeq, Ejari, DCD, and other real estate processes in the UAE.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and property management software.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Must be currently based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.
