We’re looking for a driven and experienced Real Estate Ads Specialist with a strong track record in generating quality leads through Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in real estate lead generation, with the ability to craft and execute high-performing ad campaigns that drive results. Experience with Bitrix CRM is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ad Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and manage targeted ad campaigns on Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok to generate leads for real estate listings, property sales, and services.
- Lead Generation Strategy: Design and execute lead generation strategies tailored to real estate goals, utilizing a combination of search ads, display ads, social media ads, and video ads.
- Data Analysis & Optimization: Track campaign performance, analyze results, and continually optimize ads to maximize lead quality and ROI.
- Creative Direction: Collaborate with content and creative teams to ensure ads are visually compelling and effectively convey the message to target audiences.
- Budget Management: Oversee ad budgets, ensuring optimal spend allocation across channels to maximize performance.
- Market Research: Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for lead generation.
- Reporting: Regularly report on campaign performance to stakeholders, with clear insights on conversion rates, cost per lead, and overall lead quality.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate lead generation (3-5 years) with a strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok advertising platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to create and optimize high-converting ads and landing pages for real estate audiences.
- Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Experience managing advertising budgets with a focus on cost-effective lead generation.
- Knowledge of real estate marketing trends and audience behavior.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to report on performance metrics clearly.
