Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new clients through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
• Advise and guide clients on property options, investment opportunities, and market trends.
• Manage property sales and leasing transactions from start to finish.
• Negotiate offers, prepare contracts, and close deals with professionalism.
• Maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to execute innovative campaigns that attract buyers and investors.
• Stay updated on Dubai’s dynamic real estate market, regulations, and competitor activities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent / Property Consultant in Dubai (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate laws, RERA, and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ambitious, self-motivated, and target-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and social media platforms.
• A valid UAE driving license and car (preferred).
• RERA certification is a plus (can also be provided upon joining).
