We are looking for a knowledgeable and client‑focused Real Estate Advisor to join our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice to clients on property purchases, sales, and investment opportunities.
• Conduct property viewings, market assessments, and tailored consultations.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients through consistent communication and follow‑up.
• Stay informed about market trends, new developments, and investment‑grade opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver property presentations and investment proposals.
• Negotiate offers and close deals while ensuring a smooth and professional transaction process.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance goals.

Requirements

• Previous experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or advisory (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi’s real estate market and investment landscape.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and a client‑centric mindset.
• Self‑driven, ambitious, and comfortable working in a target‑driven environment.
• Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
