We’re hiring: Real Estate Agents (Malayalam Speakers)

Location: Single Business Tower, Business Bay, Dubai

Kredium is a fast-growing international real estate and mortgage brokerage with teams across the UAE, Serbia, and the US. We’re looking for a driven Real Estate Consultant to join our Dubai team, specializing in the secondary and off plan teams.

This is a chance to work with international clients, access strong marketing support, and grow in a modern, tech-enabled brokerage environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and list resale properties across Dubai’s secondary market
• Advise clients on buying, selling, and leasing properties in Dubai’s secondary market.
• Conduct property viewings and manage negotiations between buyers and sellers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
• Stay updated on current property listings, trends, and competitor activity.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and after-sales support.
• Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies.

Requirements

Previous experience in real estate (secondary market experience preferred).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• UAE driving license is a plus.
• Fluency in English required; Malayalam speakers are encouraged to apply.
