Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential investors with property consultancy needs.
• Liaise with landlords, clients, legal professionals, and agents.
• Market and promote property listings to attract buyers and tenants.
• Conduct market research to identify profitable investment opportunities.
• Stay updated on real estate regulations and maintain professional networks.
• Negotiate property deals on behalf of clients.
• Advise clients on property investments and purchasing decisions.
• Ensure long-term client relationships for repeat business.

Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience

• Previous experience in real estate brokerage, with expertise in resale and rental transactions.
• Proficient in English.
• Willing to join immediately.

License/Certification

UAE Driving License (Preferred)
