Responsibilities:

• Acquisition of properties for sale and rent.
• Perform competitive market analysis to provide advice on property value.
• Prepare necessary documentations to complete transactions.
• Sales and marketing activities.
• Continue to develop a network to become an area specialist in your community.
• Keep up-to-date with market trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• A minimum of one year of Dubai Real Estate experience is preferred, but not necessary.
• Strong negotiation skills - experience in offering expert customer service
• Team Player
• Strong communication skills
