Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. You will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties, guiding them through every step of the process, and providing top-tier customer service. The ideal candidate is personable, driven, and knowledgeable about the local real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Conduct property showings and open houses.
• List properties and create marketing materials (photos, listings, signage, online ads).
• Prepare and review purchase agreements, leases, and closing documents.
• Guide clients through the negotiation process.
• Maintain knowledge of local real estate laws, market trends, and neighborhoods.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, lenders, inspectors, and other real estate professionals.
• Manage property listings in MLS and company CRM tools.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of Dubai real estate experience (Preferred)
• Valid UAE driving license (Required)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Tech-savvy and familiar with real estate databases and CRM software.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
