Bahran Real Estate Brokerage LLC is a fast-growing, client-focused real estate brokerage firm based in Dubai, UAE. We specialize in residential and commercial properties across Dubai, delivering personalized property solutions with integrity, transparency, and exceptional service. We are now expanding our dynamic team and looking for motivated, professional, and ambitious Real Estate Agents to join us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell residential and/or commercial properties in Dubai.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, online platforms, and marketing campaigns.
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing market insights and property evaluations.
• Schedule property viewings, negotiate offers, and close deals.
• Maintain updated knowledge of Dubai’s property laws, real estate trends, and market conditions.
• Build long-term relationships with clients based on trust and integrity.
• Maintain property listings, update CRM systems, and prepare required documentation (contracts, agreements, etc.).
• Coordinate with property developers, landlords, and other agents to source suitable properties.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role in Dubai (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
• Valid UAE driving license and own car is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s property market, communities, and regulations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable, self-motivated, and target-driven.
• RERA certification (preferred or willing to obtain).
• Fluent in English (Arabic or other language skills are a plus).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
