Real Estate Agent

About the Role
A Leading Real Estate Company is looking for motivated and experienced Real Estate Agents to join our growing Sales & Marketing team in Dubai. You will be responsible for generating property sales and rentals across secondary and off-plan markets, developing strong client and developer relationships, and ensuring compliance with UAE laws and regulations.

This role offers a basic salary + attractive commission with uncapped earnings and the opportunity to grow within a dynamic, tech-driven brokerage.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, source, and secure new clients (buyers, sellers, landlords).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with leading real estate developers.
• Market properties through portals (Property Finder, Dubizzle, Bayut, Zingo.ae) and social media.
• Conduct property viewings and provide accurate market insights.
• Negotiate and close sales/rental deals, ensuring compliance with UAE laws.
• Maintain updated client records in CRM and submit weekly reports.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team to maximize exposure and generate leads.
• Ensure data security, confidentiality, and full adherence to UAE real estate regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Dubai real estate (secondary and/or off-plan).
• Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
• RERA certification (preferred; must be willing to obtain).
• Proficiency in English (Arabic, Urdu, or Hindi is a plus).
• UAE driving license is a MUST.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Team player with ability to work closely with marketing and sales teams.
