REAL ESTATE AGENT

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our expanding team. As a Real Estate Agent, you will play a key role in helping clients buy, sell, and rent residential and commercial properties. You’ll build relationships with clients, offer expert advice, and guide them through the real estate process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
  • Provide expert advice on pricing, market trends, and property values.
  • Conduct property showings and open houses.
  • Negotiate offers and manage the buying/selling process.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market trends and property values.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and business partners.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create property listings and promotional materials.
  • Ensure all transactions comply with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Attend training and professional development sessions to stay updated on industry changes.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a real estate agent in the Dubai market.
  • Must hold a valid UAE driving license.
  • Proven experience in real estate and a related field is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and a passion for real estate.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market is a must
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST/SECRETARY

Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist / Secretary to be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. In this role, you will manage front office operations, perform administrative tasks, and provide exceptional service to ensure the office runs smoothly. If you thrive in a busy, people-oriented environment and have strong communication and organizational skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming front desk and office area.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Prepare and file documents, correspondence, and other administrative paperwork.
  • Assist with office supplies inventory, ordering, and distribution.
  • Perform basic clerical duties such as data entry, typing, photocopying, and faxing.
  • Maintain office calendar, schedule conference rooms, and organize events or meetings.
  • Assist other departments or teams with administrative support as needed.
  • Ensure that all visitors and clients follow building policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Must be fluent in both Arabic and English.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a secretary in the real estate field.
  • Must hold a valid UAE driving license.
  • Previous front desk or administrative experience is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment (phones, printers, fax).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and dependable.
