Responsibilities

• Assist buyers throughout the home-buying process, ensuring contracts are accurate and providing knowledgeable property advice.
  Represent buyers and sellers in negotiations to achieve successful, fair outcomes.
  Maintain accurate transaction and client records using Commentary CRM.
  Submit all required documents promptly to support smooth, compliant operations.
  Follow up on leads quickly to schedule appointments and build client relationships.
  Participate in ongoing training, coaching sessions, and webinars to enhance skills and confidence.
  Work with sellers to secure listings, develop effective marketing plans, and promote properties.

Qualifications

Possession of a valid real estate license; new brokers are encouraged to apply
