Role Overview

We are seeking ambitious and experienced Real Estate Agents with a proven sales background in the secondary market, The right candidate will be client-focused, target-driven, and ready to thrive in Dubai’s competitive real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through networking, property portals, and social media.

Manage client inquiries and provide expert guidance on sales, leasing, and investments.

Arrange and conduct property viewings, negotiations, and deal closures.

Promote listings across platforms (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, social media).

Stay updated on market trends, RERA regulations, and developer launches.

Build long-term relationships with clients and maintain strong after-sales service.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Dubai real estate (sales or leasing).
• Must have a valid RERA Certification (or willingness to obtain immediately).
• Valid UAE Driving License with own car is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate communities, off-plan, and secondary markets.
• Fluency in English (additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, Hindi, Mandarin are an advantage).
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Presentable, confident, and customer-focused personality.
• Familiarity with major property portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder) and CRM systems.
