Representing clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, and guiding them through the entire process. Key duties involve marketing properties, showing them to potential buyers, analyzing market conditions, negotiating offers, and ensuring all contracts are handled correctly, while also managing client relationships and staying current with real estate laws and market trends. Core responsibilities

  • Client representation: Act as a representative for clients buying, selling, or renting properties, and ensure their goals are met.
  • Market analysis: Conduct market research to provide clients with accurate information on property values, market conditions, and pricing strategies.
  • Property marketing: Create compelling listings, promote properties through ads and open houses, and manage marketing strategies to attract potential buyers or tenants.
  • Client guidance: Interview buyers to understand their needs, show properties, schedule viewings, and guide clients through the entire process.
  • Negotiation: Present offers and facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to reach a mutually agreeable contract.
  • Documentation: Prepare and review purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds, and other necessary documents, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
  • Closing assistance: Guide clients through the closing process to ensure all paperwork and legal requirements are completed accurately.

Key requirements

  • Possess a valid real estate agent license (RERA CARD)
  • Demonstrate strong sales and interpersonal skills.
  • Have excellent knowledge of the local property market.
  • Be able to maintain and build a strong client network.
  • Have a valid driver's license.
