Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and close transactions
• Stay updated on market trends, property regulations, and best practices
• Generate leads via social media, networking, and personal branding
• Share content regularly on Instagram, TikTok, or other platforms
• Log all leads in our CRM system daily

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills
• Confident, presentable, and comfortable on camera
• Active on at least one social media platform
• Previous real estate experience preferred but not required
• Freshers are encouraged to apply
• Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment

Earning Potential
Top agents can close multiple deals per month, with commissions ranging from AED 20,000 to 100,000+ depending on effort, consistency, and lead generation ability.
