Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Real Estate Agent to help buyers, sellers, and renters navigate real estate transactions. The ideal candidate has strong sales skills, local market knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential and/or commercial properties
• Conduct property showings, open houses, and client consultations
• Advise clients on pricing strategies, market conditions, and property values
• List properties by advertising, staging, and coordinating professional photography
• Negotiate contracts and offers on behalf of clients
• Guide clients through the entire transaction process from initial contact to closing
• Maintain accurate records, contracts, and client documentation
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, and prospecting
• Stay current on real estate laws, regulations, and market trends

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid real estate license (required)
• Proven sales, negotiation, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Proficiency with real estate tools, CRM systems, and basic computer applications

Pay: AED500.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
