Property Consultant– Commercial, Off-Plan & Secondary Market

We are looking for a driven and professional Real Estate Agent to handle Commercial, Off-Plan, and Secondary Market properties. The role suits a target-oriented individual who can manage the full sales cycle while delivering excellent client service.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell commercial, off-plan, and secondary market properties
• Generate and manage leads through company and personal channels
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and client meetings
• Advise clients on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities
• Negotiate and close sales and leasing transactions
• Maintain client data and follow-ups using the company CRM
• Build long-term relationships with clients, developers, and landlords
• Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations

Requirements

• Experience in real estate sales (commercial or residential preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Knowledge of the local real estate market
• Professional appearance and work ethic
