Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position as a Real Estate Agent based in Dubai. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting market research to identify opportunities, and maintaining strong client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating property viewings, preparing necessary documentation, marketing available properties, and negotiating deals to achieve favorable outcomes for clients. The role requires excellent communication and networking skills to foster trust and satisfaction with clients.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License and comprehensive knowledge of the real estate market
• Strong skills in Sales and Real Property transactions
• Proven skills in Customer Service and relationship management
• Experience or academic background in Real Estate is preferred
• Familiarity with the UAE property market is an advantage
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Driving Licence and Own Car
