Real Estate - Team Lead

Job Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Real Estate Team Leader to manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong Dubai market experience and the ability to lead from the front while driving revenue and team performance

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of real estate agents

• Set KPIs, sales targets, and revenue goals

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies

• Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching

• Support agents in closing property sales and acquisitions

• Maintain relationships with developers and key clients

• Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews

• Ensure proper CRM usage and pipeline management

• Stay updated with Dubai property market trends and RERA regulations

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years and maximum 10 years of experience as a Team Leader in Dubai real estate

• Proven experience as a senior real estate agent, sales manager, or team leader

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Excellent sales and negotiation abilities

• Ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members

• Strategic mindset with a strong results-driven approach

• Proficiency in CRM systems and property listing platforms

• Self-driven, ambitious, and target-oriented personality

• Valid UAE Driving License
