Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Agent with at least 6 months of experience in the Dubai real estate market to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while delivering excellent customer service and professional market advice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients throughout the buying, selling, and leasing process in Dubai.
• Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, property values, and new developments.
• Create property listings, arrange and conduct viewings, and negotiate deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, landlords, and other stakeholders.
• Promote properties through online portals, social media platforms, and other marketing channels.
• Ensure all transactions comply with Dubai real estate laws and regulations.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to overall team success.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in the Dubai real estate market.
• Good understanding of Dubai property laws, regulations, and current market trends.
• Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven, customer-focused, and target-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• RERA certification is an added advantage.
