We are currently looking for dynamic and motivated Real Estate Agents to join our expanding team and help drive our continued success.

Your Role:

As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for representing Time Machine Trading and our diverse portfolio of properties across Dubai. You will work closely with clients, developers, and investors to facilitate property sales, leases, and acquisitions. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Client Consultation: Provide expert advice to clients regarding property choices based on their preferences, needs, and budget.

- Property Listings: Maintain and update listings of available properties for sale or lease across various platforms.

- Sales Negotiation: Handle the negotiation process between buyers and sellers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

- Market Knowledge: Stay updated on market trends, property values, and the competitive landscape to provide valuable insights to clients.

- Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry professionals to expand your network and generate leads.

- Property Showings: Organize and conduct property tours for prospective clients, showcasing the best features of each property.

- Marketing & Promotion: Assist in the marketing and promotional strategies for available properties, including digital marketing campaigns.

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience: 1+ years of experience in real estate sales or property management (experience in Dubai market preferred).

- Education: A degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus.

Skills:

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.

- Customer-focused with an ability to understand client needs.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

- Proficient in MS Office and real estate software/tools.

- Personality: Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven by success. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented.
