Star 5 Realty is an established real estate brokerage based in Al Manara, Dubai. We specialize in Dubai's residential and investment property market and serve a diverse, international client base. We are currently expanding our team and looking for motivated agents to join our office.

Role Overview

As a Real Estate Agent at Star 5 Realty, you will work directly with buyers, sellers, and investors across Dubai's property market. You will be supported by our in-house marketing, conveyancing, and administrative teams, with access to qualified leads and exclusive developer listings.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a portfolio of buyer and seller clients
• Conduct property viewings and client presentations
• Negotiate offers and guide clients through the transaction process
• Provide professional, responsive service to a global clientele
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and listings

Requirements

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own pipeline
• Customer-focused approach
• Real estate experience in Dubai is preferred but not required; training will be provided to qualified candidates
• Eligibility to work in the UAE
• RERA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Compensation

This is a commission-based role. Earnings depend on individual performance and closed transactions. Specific commission terms will be discussed during the interview process.
