Job Title: Real Estate Agent – Off-Plan Specialist

About the Role:

Desert Sun Properties is currently looking for enthusiastic and motivated Real Estate Agents (Off-Plan Specialists) to join our growing team in Dubai. Both experienced agents and freshers who are passionate about building a career in real estate are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

* Promote and sell off-plan projects from leading Dubai developers

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors

* Provide professional guidance on investment opportunities and payment plans

* Attend property launches, viewings, and client meetings

* Achieve sales targets and maintain an active client database

Requirements:

* Experience in off-plan real estate is an advantage (freshers are welcome)

* Strong communication and negotiation skills

* Knowledge of Dubai real estate market is a plus

* UAE Driving License is an advantage but not mandatory

* Must currently be based in the UAE and available for face-to-face interviews
