This is a high-earning, commission-only role where your hustle directly dictates your income. We provide the platform, the leads, and the visa—you bring the drive.

What We Offer

High Earning Potential: Earn up to 70% commission (based on performance and company policy). Expect target monthly earnings from AED 25,000.00+.

Full Marketing Support: Premium exposure on major portals to ensure a steady stream of leads.

Company Paid Visa: Full Employment Visa provided.

RERA Assistance: We help you get certified and compliant.

Cutting-Edge Tools: Full CRM access and administrative support so you can focus on closing deals.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in sales (2 years of Dubai Real Estate experience is highly preferred).

Mobility: Must possess a valid UAE driving license and have access to a car.

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Languages: Fluent spoken and written English is required. Additional languages are a plus.

Certification: Priority will be given to candidates who are already RERA Certified.

Is currently based in Dubai and ready to hit the ground running.

Possesses a positive, professional attitude with exceptional customer service skills.

Is self-motivated, thick-skinned, and genuinely passionate about real estate.
