Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and well-presented Sales Agent to join our growing team.

• Arabic, Russian, and Spanish —with excellent English
• Experience is a Plus
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to close sales effectively
• Well-groomed and professional appearance (customer-facing role)
• Friendly and approachable personality
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Preferably holds a valid UAE driving license

What You’ll Do:

• Represent buyers and sellers in Off-Plan and Secondary residential and/or commercial real estate transactions
• Guide clients through the entire buying, selling, and leasing process
• Generate leads, show properties, negotiate offers, and close deals
• Provide exceptional service to both Russian, Arabic, and Spanish-speaking clients
• Stay up to date with market trends, listings, and legal regulations
