Real Estate Agent / (female only )

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Agent to join our dynamic real estate team at Alma Properties L.L.C. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with in-depth knowledge of the real estate market. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, while providing expert guidance and exceptional customer service throughout the entire process.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect, identify, and qualify potential clients through various lead generation methods
• Assist buyers and sellers in the property search and transaction process
• Schedule and conduct property viewings and showings
• Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients
• Provide clients with market analysis, pricing, and property information
• Manage and maintain client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
• Stay up-to-date on real estate market trends, property values, and local regulations
• Collaborate with team members and management to meet sales targets and goals

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales
• Active real estate license (required)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• A driving license (required)
