Role Overview

We are seeking a bilingual Real Estate Agent fluent in Japanese and English to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the UAE property market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trust with Japanese-speaking clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a multicultural environment and is passionate about delivering personalized real estate solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Japanese-speaking clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties in Abu Dhabi
• Conduct property viewings and provide culturally relevant guidance and market insights
• Translate and explain contracts, procedures, and legal documents in Japanese when needed
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Japanese investors, expatriates, and corporate clients
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote listings to Japanese-speaking audiences
• Stay informed about market trends, developer offerings, and legal regulations
• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance

Qualifications and Skills

• Fluency in Japanese and English (spoken and written)
• Previous experience in real estate sales or leasing, preferably in the UAE
• Valid UAE real estate license or certification (RERA or equivalent)
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems and property listing platforms
• UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred
• Cultural sensitivity and ability to work with international clients
