Real Estate Agent – Leads Provided Every Day

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Property Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team in Dubai. In this role, you will focus on selling residential and off-plan properties while connecting with potential clients and closing deals. Fresh leads will be provided daily, so you can focus on sales and achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up and convert daily provided leads into property sales.
• Connect with clients via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Present properties, explain features, and advise clients effectively.
• Close property deals and complete all required documentation.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
• Keep updated on Dubai real estate market trends, prices, and regulations.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in real estate sales preferred (off-plan or secondary market).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven.
• Knowledge of Dubai’s property market is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English (other languages a plus).
