We’re expanding our Off-Plan Division and are looking for experienced and motivated Off-Plan Agents to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell off-plan properties from leading Dubai developers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers.
• Advise clients on investment opportunities, project details, and payment plans.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on new project launches and market trends.
• Attend project briefings, client meetings, and property events.
• Generate leads through networking, marketing, and referrals.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market (off-plan experience preferred).
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
• RERA certification and UAE driving license (preferred).
