Job Description:

We are looking for a driven and experienced Real Estate Sales Agent specializing in Off-Plan property sales in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of hands-on experience in the Dubai real estate market and a strong understanding of developer projects, payment plans, and investor requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage off-plan property sales
• Handle leads and conduct client meetings (local & international investors)
• Present developer projects confidently and professionally
• Maintain strong relationships with developers and clients
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Provide market insights and investment advice to clients
• Ensure compliance with RERA regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in off-plan sales in Dubai (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of major Dubai developers and projects
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
• RERA certification is an advantage
