About the Role:

A2 Properties is hiring experienced Off-Plan Real Estate Agents with a proven track record in Dubai’s property market. This is a commission-only role — ideal for driven professionals who are confident in their sales ability and want to maximize their earnings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell off-plan properties from top Dubai developers.
• Generate and manage leads through marketing and referrals.
• Guide clients through the entire buying process and investment journey.
• Stay updated with market trends, new project launches, and pricing.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of off-plan real estate experience in Dubai.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong network of clients and developers.
• RERA certification (preferred).
• Self-motivated and result-oriented.
