Real Estate Agent- Persian, German, Turkish Speaker

OIA Properties is a fast-growing real estate company expanding its team and looking for motivated Real Estate Agents who speak German, Persian, French, or Turkish to work with international clients in the UAE property market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage leads for buying and selling properties
• Build and maintain relationships with local and international clients
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Present and promote real estate projects to potential buyers
• Negotiate and close sales deals
• Stay updated with market trends and new property launches
• Maintain accurate client records using CRM systems

Requirements:

• Fluency in German, Persian, French, or Turkish
• Previous real estate or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
